2021 Summer Academy
Please complete the below form to register your child for the 2021 Summer Academy. Registration is for the grade a student will be entering in September 2021. Registration will close on June 8, 2021. For budgeting purposes, we will not be able to take any more registrations after that date. Please complete one form for every child you are registering.
