CHS conducted our monthly lockdown drill today, Friday, September 25, 2026.

The drill began at 12:30 PM and concluded at 12:35 PM. The drill has been successfully completed, and normal instruction has resumed.

PSAT/SAT School Day at Collingswood HIgh School

Dear Collingswood/Oaklyn/Woodlynne Students and Families,

Starting this year, the last day to request any changes to courses will be Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.

2026-2027 student schedules will be available in the student Genesis portal on Thursday, August 13th. At that time, schedules will be locked in for the 2026-2027 school year. The only schedule concerns that will be addressed are:

1. to correct scheduling errors (e.g. missing period, missing core subject)
2. to fulfill district and/or state graduation requirements

In your Genesis portal, you should have 8 main course requests (9 main course requests if you are taking Financial Literacy) and 2-3 elective alternatives listed. Physical Education options are not listed, and will be selected the first week of school. Please take time to review all of your 10-12 course requests in Genesis. If you do not have 2-3 elective alternatives listed, contact your School Counselor with your requests to ensure you receive classes you are interested in.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP SEASON IS NOW OPEN!
The 2026 Scholarship season is underway! Seniors, please check your Google Classrooms for the links to our CHS and outside scholarship bulletins. Hard copies of the applications are also available in the CHS Counseling Office.

The Collingswood and Oaklyn Boards of Education will meet in special session on February 7, 2026 from 9am to 2pm at the Collingswood HS/MS media center. Please see attached for more information.

Do you like lists? Have you ever wanted a checklist to map out your four years of high school so you can stay on track? Well, now the counseling office page has resources with advice for each grade level. Check them out!

New this year! AP exam registration and payment will be through Total Registration online. AP students will need to register with Total Registration for each exam they plan to take in May then submit payment directly to Total Registration. Partial payments are accepted as well.

EDUCERE "Life Skills" Credit Recovery Course 2025 Summer School for Attendance Credit Completion If you are at risk of losing all credit due to attendance issues, you need to complete an online class through Educere called, Life Skills. Please see the instructions on the Counseling Office Page! The links to register are there, as well as the instructions!

Camden County Technical Schools will be holding a Job Fair!! This event will provide a fantastic opportunity for job seekers to connect with leading employers, explore various career paths, and discover exciting job opportunities. Approximately 40 employers have registered to attend. This event is open to all job seekers. ATTENTION JUNIORS! It's time to start looking into your postsecondary options. The Counseling Department is hosting a trip to the Career Council College Fair, held on Thursday, March 20th at the Riverwinds Community Center in West Deptford. There are 20 spots available, first come, first serve. See Ms. Watt in the Counseling Office for a permission slip. Permission slips are due Friday, March 14th.
