Greetings Parents, Thank you for your cooperation in following the student drop off procedures in the morning upon your child's arrival to school. As the temperature begins to drop, and the weather becomes more unpredictable, we recognize the urge to have your child sit in your vehicles as you wait for the doors to open at 7:50 a.m. Unfortunately, vehicles sitting and idling in the student drop-off lane make it difficult for other vehicles to safely drop off students. In many instances, it compels other drivers to let their children out in the middle of the street, forcing those children to navigate in between cars, in an effort to safely reach the sidewalk. Thus being said......... we humbly request that parents not sit - stand - or idle in the drop off lanes prior to the opening of school at 7:50. We find that arriving at school too early in the cold weather months often causes parents to stop and stand. Please plan your drop off time accordingly and only permit your child to exit the car on the sidewalk side of the vehicle. The CMS Administration

Good Afternoon, At approximately 12:30pm the Secondary Campus participated in our monthly state mandated Fire Drill. Instruction continued after staff and students returned to the building. Have a wonderful Fall Break!

Good Morning, today Nov 3rd at 9am the secondary campus had its State Mandated Lock Down Drill. Instruction continued after the drill was completed. Have a good weekend.

Good Morning, At 10:10am the Secondary Complex entered into a Shelter in Place to address a medical issue. Students and Staff remained in the classrooms and instruction continued. The Shelter in Place was concluded at 10:35pm.

Good Afternoon, At 12:30pm the Secondary Campus had its State Mandated Fire Drill. Instruction resumed immediately after students and staff returned to the building.

Picture Day is around the corner! Pre-Pay. Every student and staff member is required to get their photo taken for school ID's

Please remember to log into Parent Portal of Genesis and ensure that all information is update (phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, emergency contacts etc). CMS communicates heavily with E-mail and the weekly email blasts through Smore.

Today at 8:20am, the Secondary Campus had its state mandated fire drill. The drill lasted 6 minutes and instruction continued after students and staff returned to the buildings. Thank you and have a wonderful Spring Break!

Good Morning, At approximately 8:30am today the Secondary Campus conducted our state mandated Lock Down Drill. The drill last approximately 6 minutes and instruction continued immediately after.

Good Afternoon, At approximately 10:32am, The Secondary campus entered a Shelter in Place. The Shelter in Place was lifted at approximately 11:20am. Lunches and instruction continued at that time. Thank you and have a good 1st Day of Spring.

Good afternoon, At approximately 12:35pm the secondary campus participates in our monthly state mandated fire drill. Classes resumed at 12:35pm.

Good afternoon CHS community. At 12:24 pm today, the secondary campus entered into a shelter-in-place due to an unauthorized individual on campus. The shelter-in-place was lifted at 12:37 pm at which point normal activities resumed. The Collingswood Police Department is on campus to support student and staff safety.

Good Afternoon, At 12:16pm the Secondary Campus went into a Shelter in Place due to a medical emergency. Instruction continued and the Shelter in Place was lifted at 12:26pm once the situation was cleared. Have a wonderful weekend!
