Healthy Kids Summer Program

Our Zane North STAR program recognizes students and staff who exemplify characteristics that are key to helping our school thrive: Safety, Teamwork, Acceptance & Inclusion, and Reaching for the Stars (making an extra special effort on classroom academics). Pictured are this week's STAR award recipients!

This month's Character Strong highlights Creativity. We are excited to focus on Creativity this month! We can sometimes find ourselves in situations that require us to solve problems or create something new. In those situations, we can feel stuck or unable to get started. Practicing Creativity can help us develop tools that allow us to use our imagination to create meaningful solutions.

3rd annual district-wide Autism Walk. Terrific job by Zane's very own Mrs. Curley on coordinating this event! Students Parker and Tyler did a great job with their announcements at the event, spreading the message that "Being different is Ok. Be kind to everyone even if they are different."
